Terms of Service

1. The service

Clip Studio turns video footage you provide (by link or upload) into short vertical clips with captions, titles and optional AI voiceovers. You post clips yourself; we never post on your behalf.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Whop account. You're responsible for activity on your account and must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

3. Your content and responsibilities

You must only submit footage you have the right to use for your intended purpose (for example, footage provided by a campaign for that campaign). You're responsible for checking every clip — including captions, voiceovers and any codes or claims — before posting, and for following each campaign's and platform's rules. AI-generated text and voiceovers can contain mistakes.

4. Tokens, plans and payments

Payments are processed by Whop. 1 token = 1 clip; clips with a voiceover use additional tokens as shown in the app. Monthly plan tokens reset at each renewal and don't roll over. Top-up tokens don't expire while your account is open. Tokens have no cash value and can't be transferred. Tokens for failed batches or undelivered clips are returned automatically. Refunds are handled under [refund policy / Whop's policy].

5. Storage

Finished clips are kept for [14] days and then deleted. Source footage is deleted after processing. Download anything you want to keep.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the service for content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that impersonates real people; don't attempt to overload, reverse-engineer or get around token limits.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee campaign approval, views or earnings. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service; we'll tell you about material changes. You can stop using the service any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
